80  Albany  Street  is  well  known  and  well received by Coffs Harbour locals and visitors alike  and  forms  a  notable  part  of  the architectural fabric of the Coffs Harbour CBD.

This  project  was  technically  and  politically challenging. The building is prominently sited on  a  high  profile  corner  which  brings  with it  a  high  level  of  design  responsibility.  The core  tenant  Sullivan  Nicolaides  required  a specialist fit out to be accommodated within the building. 

Our role was to conceive the design, assess the  project  feasibility  against  the  council requirements,  and  to  produce  DA,  CC  and detail documents.  The project required us to co-ordinate many specialist consultants. We  utilised  contemporary  products  and technologies  such  as  NRG  upper  level insulated cladding, and LED lighting strips on the  facade  to  give  the  project  a  distinctive urban presence.
